Question 1: I've just graduated from High School and I know very little about cooking; how long does the Commercial Culinary course take to complete?
As the course is designed to support our students in qualifying for their Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification as well as their English IELTS 5.0 Certificate equivalence, the course requires 12 months of classroom instruction and includes an on the job training internship lasting 2 months.
Question 2: I already have experience working as a chef in several big hotels and restaurants in Vietnam. How does that affect my qualifying for the Certificate III Commercial Cookery certification?
